THIS WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO MERACH Brand Direct Sales Channels such as merachfit.eu, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, etc.
By using your MERACH product, you agree to be bound by these Policies. If you are not eligible or do not agree to any of the Terms, do not use your MERACH product.

What is Covered
Under this Limited Warranty, MERACH warrants that each MERACH product that you purchase will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use in accordance with MERACH’s published product materials during the warranty period. MERACH’s published product materials include, but not limited to, user manuals, safety guidelines, specifications, in-app notifications, and service communications.
The warranty period for different products and parts vary. The warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered.
Providing the damage was not caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect of normal care, all products manufactured by MERACH are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as outlined below:

How to Obtain Warranty Service?
If a product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, you may obtain after-sales service through info.eu@merachfit.com . You will need to provide a valid proof-of-purchase, receipt or order number (for MERACH Direct Sales) for the warranty service. Charges may apply for services not covered by this Limited Warranty. Please contact MERACH for information specific to your location.
This policy does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by non-manufacturer factors, including but not limited to operational errors or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage due to improper installation, usage, removal, or failure to follow official instructions or manuals.
- Damage caused by unauthorized service providers.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized circuit modifications, incompatible or improperly used batteries, and chargers.
- Damage caused by training not performed according to the user manual recommendations.
- Damage from exposure to extreme environments such as high temperatures or corrosive conditions.
- Damage due to electromagnetic interference or other disturbances from wireless devices.
- Damage caused by operating the product beyond the initial intensity stated in the manual.
- Damage due to forced training with aged or damaged parts.
- Damage resulting from reliability or compatibility issues with unauthorized third-party parts.
- Damage caused by operating the device with inadequate or defective batteries.
- Data loss or damage caused by failure to operate the product according to official instructions or manuals.
- Software programs, regardless of whether they were included with the product or installed later.
- Direct or indirect damages caused by installation or removal, such as damage to personal items, walls, or floors.
- Wear and tear, metal rust, and performance deterioration from normal product use.
- Damage due to force majeure events, such as fire, flooding, earthquakes, or power outages.
- Damage from using the product for commercial purposes, such as in gyms, hotels, multi-family residences, or personal training studios.
- Failures or damages to third-party products, including those integrated into MERACH products at your request.
- Damage from non-Merach technical or support services, such as inaccurate product setup and installation assistance.
- Products or components with altered or removed identification labels.
- Cosmetic damage not caused by manufacturing or shipping factors, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and plastic discoloration.
- Damage caused by intentional product damage or unauthorized modifications, including tampering with product operational data.
How to Access Warranty Service
If the product does not function as per warranty conditions within the warranty period, you must contact MERACH at info.eu@merachfit.com within 30 days of detecting the issue to request customer service. To access the warranty service, you must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice, or receipt) and the product SN number. Fees may apply for services not covered by the limited warranty.
MERACH Solutions
When contacting MERACH customer service, please describe the issue with your product accurately.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All costs and consequences of unauthorized returns are the customer's responsibility.

1、Initial Troubleshooting: MERACH will attempt to diagnose and resolve your issue via phone, email, online chat, or remote support. You may be asked to install software updates. If the problem persists, you may need to send the product to MERACH for inspection. If the issue qualifies for warranty coverage, MERACH will cover replacement, repair, and shipping costs. If the issue does not meet warranty conditions, inspection, replacement parts, shipping, labor, and tax fees will be charged.
2、Repair Services: Within the warranty period (for non-human issues), MERACH provides free repair parts.
3、Repair and Replacement Options: Depending on the damage, MERACH offers repairs or replacement with refurbished items of the same type. These parts are tested to ensure functionality and appearance equivalent to new parts. Replaced parts may have different serial numbers. The replacement product or parts will carry the same remaining warranty as the original product.
General Statements
1、Non-Transferable Warranty: The limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If the product is resold, the warranty is not transferred to the new owner. For gifted products, the limited warranty applies to the original registered account holder. No new warranty is issued for replacement products; the remaining warranty of the original product applies.
2、Product Diagnosis: MERACH will inspect returned products. If the defect is covered under the limited warranty, MERACH covers the cost of replacement, repair, and shipping.
3、Normal Wear and Tear: Over time, resistance cables and pulleys may show signs of wear from long-term friction. This is considered normal wear and not a material or manufacturing defect. For training safety and performance, inspect the resistance cable regularly. If you notice thinning, cracks, broken strands, or fraying, stop training immediately and contact MERACH (info.eu@merachfit.com) for the best solution.
4、Proper Packaging: If you need to return a product for repair, contact MERACH for packaging instructions. The product must be in its original packaging. Ensure the packaging is intact during shipping and attach any special labels or instructions provided by MERACH. Customers are responsible for damages caused by improper packaging. Prior authorization from MERACH customer service is required before returning a product (info.eu@merachfit.com).
5、Data Backup: If the product stores user-generated data, it may be lost during repair. Back up your data before sending the product for repair. MERACH is not responsible for data loss due to failure to back up data before repair.
6、Remove Custom Decorations: Before sending the product for repair, remove any personal decorations (e.g., stickers, images, etc.). MERACH is not responsible for damage or loss of custom decorations.
7、Inspection Upon Receipt: Inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If there are any defects, contact MERACH customer service within 24 hours; otherwise, the product will be considered intact and functional. Late reports will not be accepted. 8、Warranty Termination: MERACH reserves the right to terminate warranty services if the product is used contrary to official instructions or for illegal purposes.
