Return & Refund
Merach is obligated to provide the return service to all customers. The return service is currently available to the country of purchase.
If the item is purchased from the Merach official store, the authority to request return or refund is permitted.
If the item is purchased from distributors of Merach, may follow the distributor policies. Please contact your distributor for further information.
Return and refund policies may vary according to local laws and regulations.
Eligibility for a Return:
- The return must be within 30 days of delivery and shipped in the original packaging.
- The product must be undamaged and in resellable condition.
- The returned package must include all accessories and gifts.
Returning Your Merach Product
- If the return is initiated by the customer, they are responsible for the shipping fee.
- If the return is due to Merach’s error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the customer will not be charged a shipping fee.
- All returns must be approved in advance and may be subject to an additional return shipping fee.
- If a returned product is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of abuse, Merach reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge a restocking fee.
Return & Refund Service will NOT be provided if:
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) is missing, forged, or tampered with.
- Damage or faults are caused by unauthorized use, modifications, or improper installation/operation.
- The product’s labels, serial numbers, or waterproof marks show tampering or alterations.
- Damage results from external factors such as fire, floods, high winds, or lightning.
- The product is not returned within 7 calendar days after Merach confirms the Return & Refund request.
- Other circumstances as outlined in this policy.

Return Shipping Costs
Merach will cover return shipping costs only in the following cases:
- The item arrives defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The order was sent to the wrong address.
- A duplicate order was shipped.
- The item malfunctions within the 30-day return period.
Important:
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Merach Support within 24 hours and provide photo/video evidence of the issue.
- If a customer fails or refuses to send required evidence, the return will be classified as a "buyer’s reason" return, and Merach reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge restocking fees.

- Ship the item after receiving approval from our support team.

Refund Processing Time
- Refunds (minus shipping and restocking fees) will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed in our warehouse.
- Processing time: 9 business days after receiving the returned package.
- Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
