Currently, we only ship to Germany, Italy,  France, Spain, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands. If our carriers are unable to deliver to a specific area, we will notify the customer via email and issue a refund.

Our Products ship from the German warehouse with free shipping within Germany. EU shipping costs vary by weight and distance. Most of the products are under 35 kg and are subject to a shipping charge of 10€. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

 

Order processing time: Mon-Fri: 9 am to 6 pm (GMT+1)

Orders placed after Friday will be processed on the next working day. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may take longer.

 

3. Shipping Carriers

We use the following shipping carriers:  DHL, DPD, TNT, and GLS.

 

4. Delivery Time & Confirmation
  • Orders will be shipped within 48 hours whenever possible.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Estimated delivery dates are approximate and subject to change.
  • Important: Any modifications made by the customer after shipping (e.g., address changes, rescheduling, or preference updates) void the option for a replacement or refund.

 

5. Change of Delivery Address
  • Before shipping: Contact us to update the address.
  • After shipping: Address changes are not possible. Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing an order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Track your shipment on the carrier’s website:

 

7. Lost Packages

If tracking information is not updated for more than 7 days after shipping, please contact us at: info.eu@merachfit.com

 

8. Taxes & Duties

Shipping costs do not include applicable duties or taxes.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
